Exchanges and Returns
I understand the challenges that come with online shopping and wondering how well your item will fit when you receive it! I want you to love your band and the company behind it. Therefore, because of that significant unknown factor I offer a Hassle-free exchange and return process!
If your band is not perfect, I will be happy to fix or replace it, free of charge! Email me at email@example.com, and fill out our returns form. Once you fill it out with specific details of what needs to be fixed, you will receive a free return label, via email, if you qualify. Unfortunately, I cannot repair bands that were purchased through a third party. Free Returns are only offered for US domestic orders, excluding shipments to military bases. I pick-up and process returns daily, and it takes about 1-2 days to ship it out again. You will receive shipping and return confirmations through your email!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on BB sale items or gift cards. Please make sure that the BB you are selecting is a perfect match in color, design and size since all BB sales are final
If you would like to exchange your band for a different one, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your item. I want you to have your perfect accessory! Refunds are available for 30 days after you receive your item. I will do my absolute best to help you to find you something you really love, but if you absolutely do not love it, You will receive a full refund. The item must be unworn and unused. Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org, for the online return form. Once you fill out the refund form, you will receive a free return label, via email, if you qualify.
